information during an area-wide emergency. The 911 system is
designed specifically to enable the dispatch of emergency responders
to those in immediate need of assistance, and not for providing

area-wide emergency, the 911 center is typically flooded with requests
for emergency responders, and your non-emergency call for
information may very well cause someone to lose their life.
